第一輪通知及征文通告
合肥學院、安徽省科學技術協會、安徽省環境科學學會、德國羅斯托克大學、哥廷根應用科學大學等分別于2006年5月，2008年6月和2010年5月在中國安徽省合肥市成功舉辦了三屆“環境技術與知識轉化國際會議” （英文名：“International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer）。大會邀請過世界知名學者奧地利里奧本礦山大學Karl E.Lorber教授、德國慕尼黑工業大學再生資源功能研究中心主任Martin Faulstich教授、德國羅斯托克大學Michael Nelles 教授、德國德累斯頓工業大學的Bernd Bilitewski教授，美國辛辛那提大學Makram T. Suidan教授，以及歐盟駐北京辦事處、GTZ駐北京辦事處和來自德國、奧地利的相關企業和專家，來自亞洲的韓國、泰國、越南，以及國內中國科技大學、南京大學、同濟大學和中國礦業大學等高校的著名學者教授都做了主題發言，獲得了很好的學術影響。三次會議都出版了論文集，其中第二屆和第三屆會議論文集的全部論文收錄于EI（和CPCI）。
在總結前三屆會議的經驗基礎上，經過協商決定由合肥學院、安徽省科學技術協會、安徽省省環境科學學會、德國羅斯托克大學、德國哥廷根應用科學大學、美國北卡羅來納州立大學聯合舉辦“第四屆環境技術及知識轉化國際會議” (英文名：“4th International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer” (4th ICET)。本次會議定于2012年5月24-25日在中國安徽省合肥市舉行。會議將秉承前三屆的會議宗旨，繼續為國際環境技術及知識轉化提供發展平臺，同時進一步擴展環境技術在工程領域的應用，將為廣大專家、學者和企業提供更為廣泛的交流機會。
會議主題如下：
一、歐洲、美洲及亞洲相關的環境管理
二、固體廢棄物管理與處置
三、水資源的利用和廢水處理
四、再生能源的研究
五、國際環境領域合作的戰略和發展趨勢
六、環境政策與教育研究
七、其他環境問題
組委會現進行征文活動，歡迎從事環境保護領域的政府官員、教育、科研和企業界人士積極參加，踴躍投稿。本次會議論文將收編成集，繼續申請EI或CPCI檢索收錄。參會論文請通過電子郵件形式發往[email protected]呈交。稿件要求一律用英文撰寫，格式見附件。

其他說明：
1）整篇文檔不分節。2）不加頁碼。3）不加頁眉。4）文中不要作圖文框。5）各級標題上不能標注文獻。6）“基金項目”放在首頁頁腳（word中操作：插入“腳注和尾注”），給出項目編號。7）英文中沒有“。”（應該用“.”）、“、”（應該用“, ”）、“～”（應該用“–”）、“《》”（應該用斜體）等標點符號。
參考文獻：

First Announcement and Call for papers
The “International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer” (ICET) has been successfully held for three sessions in May 2006 and June 2008 and May 2010 at Hefei University, Hefei, Anhui, P. R. China. The conference included several keynote lectures presented by well-known scholars such as Prof. Karl E. Lorber from Montan University of Leoben, Prof. Martin Faulstich, Dean of Research Centre for Recycling Resource at Technical University of Munich, Prof. Michael Nelles from Rostock University, Prof. Bernd Bilitewski from Technical University of Deresden and Prof. Makram T. Suidan from University of Cincinnati. Many other scientists, researchers and engineers from enterprises and institutions in Austria, Germany, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam presented their work in the conference. Chinese scholars from University of Science and Technology of China, Nanjing University, Tongji University and other institutions also gave research presentations in the conferences. ICET has made a great influence in the fields of environmental technology and knowledge transfer between Asia and Europe. The conference proceedings have been published and the proceedings for the 2nd and 3rd ICET were indexed by EI( or CPCI).
Based on the experience of the three successful conferences, we would like to continue the conference and expand the coverage. The “4th International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer”(4th ICET) will be held on May 24th and 25th, 2012, in Hefei, Anhui, P. R. China. The conference will be jointly organized by Anhui Association for Science and Technology, Anhui Environment Science and Technology Society, Hefei University, Rostock university, HAWK Hildesheim/ Holzminden/ Goettingen and North Carolina State University.

All presented papers will be published in conference proceedings which will be indexed by EI or CPCI. All papers should be written in English and submitted electronically to the Email Box of the organizing committee at [email protected].
