“第五屆環境技術及知識轉化國際會議”

第一輪通知及征文通告

合肥學院、安徽省科學技術協會、安徽省環境科學學會、德國羅斯托克大學、哥廷根應用科學大學和美國北卡羅來納州立大學等在中國安徽省合肥市成功舉辦了四屆“環境技術與知識轉化國際會議” （英文名：“International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer）。大會曾邀請過世界知名學者分別來自于奧地利里奧本礦山大學；德國慕尼黑工業大學、羅斯托克大學、德累斯頓工業大學；美國辛辛那提大學，弗羅里達大學；日本早稻田大學，韓國韓瑞大學等。GTZ駐北京辦事處和德國、奧地利的相關企業和專家，亞洲的韓國、泰國、越南，以及國內中國科技大學、南京大學、同濟大學和中國礦業大學等高校的著名學者、教授都做了主題發言，獲得了很好的學術影響。

在總結前四屆會議經驗的基礎上，經過協商決定由合肥學院、安徽省科學技術協會、安徽省省環境科學學會、德國羅斯托克大學、德國哥廷根應用科學大學、美國北卡羅來納州立大學聯合舉辦“第五屆環境技術及知識轉化國際會議” (英文名：“5^th International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer” (5^th ICET)。本次會議定于2014年5月15-16日在中國安徽省合肥市舉行，會議主題“環境保護與霧霾控制”。會議將秉承前四屆的會議宗旨，繼續為國際環境技術及知識轉化提供發展平臺，同時進一步擴展環境技術在工程領域的應用，將為廣大專家、學者和企業提供更為廣泛的交流機會。

組委會現進行征文活動，歡迎從事環境保護領域的政府官員、教育、科研和企業界人士積極參加，踴躍投稿。參會論文請通過電子郵件形式發往[email protected]呈交。稿件要求一律用英文撰寫，格式見附件。

紙型：A4    方向：縱向

頁面設置：頁邊距：上2厘米，下2厘米，左2厘米，右2厘米，頁眉1.5厘米，頁腳1.75厘米

字符間距設置：

縮放：100％   間距：標準   位置：標準   選中“調整字體的字間距”：1   選中“如果定義了文檔網格，則對齊網格”

字體和字號：

題目：Times New Roman，四號，居中，加粗，所有實詞首字母大寫

作者：Times New Roman，五號，居中，姓所有字母大寫，名首字母大寫

作者單位：Times New Roman，小五號，不同單位間用分號分隔，居中，要標明二級單位（大學：院系；研究院所：處、室等），居中，多單位在作者右上角標阿拉伯數字區分

摘要和關鍵詞：Times New Roman，小五號；關鍵詞間用分號分隔；關鍵詞首字母小寫，關鍵詞3~8個

一級標題：小4號，times new roman字體，加粗，所有實詞首字母大寫；靠左頂格

表格式：

1）采用三線表。2）表序與表題之間空2格，其間不用任何點號。3）表身內無數字的欄內，應區別情況對待。“空白”代表未測或未發現，“—”（一字線）或“…”代表無此項（即客觀上不存在），“0”代表實測結果為零。4）先見文字敘述，后見表格。

其他說明：

1）整篇文檔不分節。2）不加頁碼。3）不加頁眉。4）文中不要作圖文框。5）各級標題上不能標注文獻。6）“基金項目”放在首頁頁腳（word中操作：插入“腳注和尾注”），給出項目編號。7）英文中沒有“。”（應該用“.”）、“、”（應該用“, ”）、“～”（應該用“–”）、“《》”（應該用斜體）等標點符號。

參考文獻：

1）文中引用的參考文獻必須在引用處右上角標注，如：^[1]、^[1,5,8]、^[2-5]。2）參考文獻在文后用英文著錄，著錄格式見規定格式（順序編碼制），小5號times new roman字體；中文文獻標“in Chinese”，日文文獻標“in Japanese”，其他語種同。3）文獻作者全部列出。應姓前名后，姓、名首字母大寫，姓、名之間不用逗號。名可縮寫，不加縮寫點“.”。

“5^th International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer (5^th ICET)”

 

First Announcement and Call for papers

 

The “International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer” (ICET) has been successfully held for four sessions at Hefei University, Hefei, Anhui, P. R. China. The conference included several keynote lectures presented by well-known international experts from Montan University of Leoben, HAWK Hildesheim/Holzminden/Goettingen, University of Rostock, and from North Carolina State University. Many other scientists, researchers and engineers from enterprises and institutions in Austria, Germany, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam presented their work in the conference. Chinese experts from University of Science and Technology of China, Nanjing University, Tongji University and other institutions also gave research presentations in the conferences. ICET has made a great influence in the fields of environmental technology and knowledge transfer between Asia and Europe.

 

Based on the experience of the four successful conferences, we would like to continue the conference and expand the coverage. The “5^th International Conference on Environmental Technology and Knowledge Transfer”(5^th ICET) will be held on May 15^th and 16^th, 2014, in Hefei, Anhui, P. R. China. The conference will be jointly organized by Anhui Association for Science and Technology, Anhui Environment Science and Technology Society, Hefei University, University of Rostock, HAWK Hildesheim/Holzminden/Goettingen and North Carolina State University.

 

Major topics

Environment Protection and Smog control

 

Professionals with strong interests in environmental protection, including administrators, educators, researchers, scientists and engineers from government agencies, institutions and enterprises are encouraged to participate in the conference. All presented papers will be published in conference proceedings. All papers should be written in English and submitted electronically to the Email Box of the organizing committee at [email protected].
