個人簡介：博士，講師，安徽省管理學會理事，長期從事內部控制、技術經濟及管理等方面的研究。已在《International Journal of Human Resource Management》、《Journal of Systems Science and Complexity》、《外國經濟與管理》等國內外權威期刊發表學術論文8篇，其中Ambidextrous leadership and TMT-member ambidextrous behavior: the role of TMT behavioral integration and TMT risk propensity已被引用56次。主持省級科研項目2項，校級科研項目2項，校級教研項目2項，參與國家自然科學基金1項、參編“十三五”省級規劃教材1本，參與建設省級特色專業1個。
